            How to uninstall VConnect and Usage and Billing?

            If there is a need to retain all existing data (i.e., VMs, subscriptions, etc.) when installing the new version, then refer to UPGRADE INSTALL sections below. If all existing data needs to be cleaned then choose FRESH INSTALL sections below.


            VCONNECT - UPGRADE INSTALL:
            1. Follow the instructions specified in Section "Upgrade Install Instructions" in the VConnect setup guide (https://cloudassertdownloads.blob.core.windows.net/vconnect-rtmv1-0/VConnect_RTMV1_81_Setup.pdf).


            USAGE AND BILLING - UPGRADE INSTALL:
            1. Go to Programs and Features, and uninstall "Cloud Assert Usage and Billing" and "Cloud Assert Usage and Billing Agent Service" components.
            2. Download the latest installers and follow the instructions in the Usage and Billing setup guide to complete installation (https://www.cloudassert.com/Portals/0/Downloads/WebPI/Usage/v16/Usage_And_Billing_V1_0_Setup.pdf).


            VCONNECT - FRESH INSTALL:
            1. For each WAP subscription that has the VConnect service associated with it:
            a) Delete the resources associated with the WAP subscription (e.g., VM, DBs, etc.).
            b) Delete the WAP subscription.
            2. Delete all the WAP Plans that have the VConnect service associated with them.
            3. Go to Programs and Features, and uninstall "Cloud Assert VConnect Tenant Extension", "Cloud Assert VConnect AdminExtension", and "Cloud Assert VConnect Service" components.
            4. Download the latest installers and follow the instructions specified in the VConnect setup guide to complete installation (https://cloudassertdownloads.blob.core.windows.net/vconnect-rtmv1-0/VConnect_RTMV1_81_Setup.pdf).


            USAGE AND BILLING - FRESH INSTALL:
            1. Delete all the WAP Subscriptions that have the "CloudAssertBilling" service associated with them.
            2. Delete all the WAP Plans that have the "CloudAssertBilling" service associated with them.
            3. Go to Programs and Features, and uninstall "Cloud Assert Usage and Billing" and "Cloud Assert Usage and Billing Agent Service" components.
            4. Download the latest installers and follow the instructions in the Usage and Billing setup guide to complete installation (https://www.cloudassert.com/Portals/0/Downloads/WebPI/Usage/v16/Usage_And_Billing_V1_0_Setup.pdf).
